We are very excited to announce that our new Riesling is now available. It is made in the dry style with no residual sugar. It is light and refreshing, with high acidity at 12% alcohol. The grapes were harvested last October from Paul Burgess Vineyards in Eastern Washington. After fermentation we stored the Riesling in stainless steel tanks then filtered and bottled. The introductory price is $19 per bottle, 110 cases made. Come on out to our tasting room and give it a try!
